Online Payment Policy

We are happy to accept online payment as a convenience for our clients, so that you may manage your attorney fees and costs and pay your invoices securely and easily online. To use this feature, please accept the terms and conditions below and then click the “Make a Payment” button on the bottom of the page.

Invoice Payment

Existing clients may use this online payment option to pay one invoice per transaction. An accurate invoice number is required. To pay multiple invoices, you will need to complete a separate transaction for each. This service is for existing clients only. You must enter the invoice number as it appears on your invoice; transactions without an accurate invoice number will not be processed. Please note that due to bank processing times, it may take 2–3 business days before your account reflects your payment.

Retainer Payment

Retainer payments cannot be processed online. For new clients or existing clients with a new legal issue, we accept credit card payments for retainers, but they must be made over the phone or in person during regular business hours: Springfield (413) 732-2301 1500 Main Street, Suite 1600 Please note: most retainer payments must be associated with a retainer letter, contract, or agreement executed between you and an authorized representative from Robinson Donovan.

Changes to this Policy

We may update our Online Payment Policy from time to time. We advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Online Payment Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
