Kate provides distinguished representation and guidance to domestic relations clients in complex family law matters. With more than a decade of experience, Kate has intentionally committed the entirety of her legal career to this area of the law. The scope of her practice and expertise includes divorce, custody, guardianship of minors, spousal support, child support, parenting time, modification, and contempt litigation. Additionally, she regularly engages clients seeking prenuptial and postnuptial marital agreements. Uniquely, Kate specializes in high-net worth divorce with complex property division and commonly represents successful business owners. She consistently maximizes results for her clients that are faced with difficult business and financial issues related to the division of property.

Kate is innately aware that every family law matter is unique and important. She approaches her cases with the understanding that her clients are navigating through tremendously difficult legal and personal experiences. Kate works diligently to get to know not only her client’s case, but her client as well. She believes that a personal relationship is essential to understanding her clients’ goals and achieving the best outcome for them.

While her goal is to negotiate and secure favorable settlements for her clients, Kate has significant litigation and court room experience throughout the Commonwealth.  She also has experience as a mediator in cases with both self-represented and attorney-assisted litigants.
