With a focus on employment law, Nick represents litigants in both state and federal court. Nick also regularly represents clients in administrative agencies such as the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission, and counsels both employers and employees on a range of employment related issues. A native of Western Massachusetts, Nick has deep roots in the local community and prides himself on working diligently to obtain the best possible results for his clients.
