Attorney McCarthy was selected as an honoree for the Up & Coming Lawyers category. These professionals have already distinguished themselves in the practice of law.

“We are very proud that Kate has been selected as an Up & Coming attorney, she goes above and beyond on a regular basis, not only professionally, but in her daily life as well,” said Attorney Carla Newton.

Attorney McCarthy, a resident of Longmeadow, focuses her practice in the areas of divorce and family law, litigation and nonprofit business counseling. She recognizes that every case is both unique and important and approaches family law cases with the understanding that her clients are navigating through very difficult legal and personal experiences. Attorney McCarthy is a 2013 graduate of Northeastern University School of Law and is also on the board of directors of the Young Professionals Society of Springfield. With a background working with children and families facing the court system, Attorney McCarthy brings a keen understanding of the human elements of family law while zealously advocating for her clients.
