Partners Nancy Frankel Pelletier and Patricia M. Rapinchuk selected for
their high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Robinson Donovan, P.C., a full-service law firm trusted by generations to represent individual and business clients throughout Massachusetts and New England, today announced Nancy Frankel Pelletier and Patricia M. Rapinchuk were named to the 2017 Massachusetts Top 50 Women list by Super Lawyers. Female attorneys on the top list have likewise been named to the 2017 Massachusetts Super Lawyers list and bestowed the higher rank through the Super Lawyers selection process.

Part of Thomson Reuters, Super Lawyers is a rating service comprised of litigators from more than 70 practice areas who themselves have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a patented, multiphase process factoring in a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates and peer reviews by respective practice area to determine honorees.

“At Robinson Donovan, we approach each situation with a passionate, dedicated focus on fulfilling our client’s needs,” said Attorney Pelletier. “This is a great honor and again demonstrates our commitment to the individuals and businesses we represent.” Attorney Rapinchuk echoed those sentiments. “All of us at Robinson Donovan strive to help employers avoid claims and costly litigation. To think: the Super Lawyers list recognizes 50 attorneys and two honorees are from our office? I’d say that is both a professional nod to our firm and our steadfast commitment to delivering excellence.”

An East Longmeadow resident, Nancy Frankel Pelletier exclusively practices litigation. She has no fear taking a case to trial, however, she recognizes when it is not in the best interest of her clients. Her reputation as a litigator reaches well beyond Springfield with a practice area extending from the Berkshires to Boston in both state and federal courts. Admitted to the Hampden County Bar Association, Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts and the Federal Bar Association, she is a fellow at the International Association of Defense Council and a life fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation. Other professional affiliations include membership to the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute and civic involvement at George Washington University and East Longmeadow High School where she provides mentoring and career job shadowing opportunities for students.

A resident of Northampton, Patricia M. Rapinchuk is an experienced trial lawyer despite her desire to serve clients outside of the courtroom when the course of action is more prudent. She offers a practical outlook on workplace issues, providing valuable advice to employers through Springfield and beyond within the Commonwealth. Rapinchuk has been admitted to the Massachusetts Bar Association, Hampden County Bar Association, Hampshire County Bar Association and Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts. Additionally, she serves on the Editorial Board of Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly and has served posts on both the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts as the former president and a former board member.
