Local Attorney and Co-Chair, Michael J. Simolo, will present about Non-Judicial Settlement Agreements at the “Cutting Edge Issues in Western Massachusetts Estate Planning Regional Conference,” June 16

Simolo is co-chairing and presenting at the Cutting Edge Issues in Western Massachusetts Estate Planning Conference held at The Hotel Northampton, June 16.

Attorney Michael J. Simolo, a resident of Northampton, practices law at the Springfield-based Robinson Donovan, P.C. His background in estate planning ensures smooth framework and organized transfer of wealth from his clients to their beneficiaries in order to minimize taxes and other expenses. Attorney Simolo is a graduate of Hobart College and Cornell Law. He is a member of The Pioneer Valley Estate Planning Council, The Hampden County Estate Planning Council and The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. In addition, he won the Super Lawyers Rising Star award in 2011-2012 and 2014-2015.
